Example_1.pdf This is as basic as you can get: Just a major scale (Ionian) improvisation over a steady C-Major chord.
Example_2.pdf Demonstrates the Aeolian mode (Natural Minor) by playing the same C-Major scale over a Am6 chord.
Example_3.pdf Here we use a C-Major scale over a major progression containing only scale-tone chords.
